After Chambal, I had spent an additional two days exploring Keoladeo National Park. This was late in the season as most of the migratory birds had left. However, the best time to visit the park for maximum sighting of migratory birds is from the second week of January till the third week of February. Each day I would head out in the morning and return back to my guesthouse just after dusk.
The best way to explore the park is to book an e-rickshaw for three hours which costs Rs.1200 and then after the 3 hours, the rate is Rs.300/hour. The fee for hiring a naturalist is also the same but an additional expense. For these shots, I had used the Canon EOS R6 and the Tamron EF 100-400mm F/4.5-6.3 Di VC USD telephoto lens.
